This includes brushing twice on a daily basis, using a toothpaste or mouthwash that has fluoride as an ingredient, cleaning between your teeth each day with floss, eating a healthy diet that minimizes sugary foods, seeing your dentist, and changing out your toothbrush every three months. It is important to follow these rules if you want to keep your teeth healthy, and it will also help to reduce your dental bills in the future!
